HR Essentials is perfect for small to medium businesses needing basic HR support. HR Elevate adds strategic services for growing organizations. HR Partner provides comprehensive leadership and strategic guidance for established companies.
What's included in all tiers?
All tiers include on-call HR support, check-in meetings, compliance training, handbook review & updates, HR template library, and compliance alerts & email updates. Higher tiers add more specialized services and consulting hours.
Can I upgrade or add services later?
Yes! You can upgrade your plan or add any of our optional add-on services at any time. We'll work with you to adjust your package as your business grows and your HR needs evolve.
What consulting hours are included?
HR Essentials includes 5 hours monthly, HR Elevate includes 8 hours monthly, and HR Partner includes 10 hours monthly. Additional consulting hours are available as an add-on service.
